Before you can use S4E Cloud, you need to create an account. The process takes less than five minutes and requires only a valid email address.
Prerequisites
- A valid business or personal email address.
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari).
Step-by-Step Registration
1. Visit the Sign-Up Page
Navigate to https://app.s4e.io and click Sign Up in the top-right corner.
2. Enter Your Email
Provide the email address you want to associate with your S4E account. This will be your primary login identifier.
Tip
Use a company email address whenever possible. This makes it easier for your organization to manage team access later.
3. Verify Your Email
After submitting the sign-up form, S4E sends a verification email to the address you provided. Open the email and click the Verify Email link.
Warning
The verification link expires after 24 hours. If you do not verify within that window, you will need to request a new verification email from the login page.
If you do not see the email in your inbox:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Verify that you entered the correct email address.
- Click Resend Verification on the sign-up confirmation screen.
4. Set Your Password
Once your email is verified, you will be redirected to a page where you can set your password. Password requirements:
| Requirement | Minimum |
|---|---|
| Length | 8 characters |
| Uppercase letters | At least 1 |
| Lowercase letters | At least 1 |
| Numbers | At least 1 |
5. Complete Your Profile
After setting your password, you can optionally provide additional profile information:
- Phone Number (optional) -- Used for account recovery and notifications.
- Industry (optional) -- The sector your organization operates in.
- Position (optional) -- Your role within your organization.
6. Accept the Terms of Service
Review and accept the S4E Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must accept both before your account is activated.
7. Log In
You are now ready to log in. Navigate to https://app.s4e.io, enter your email and password, and click Log In.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
S4E strongly recommends enabling MFA immediately after your first login:
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Click Enable MFA.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar).
- Enter the six-digit code to confirm.
Note
Organization administrators can enforce MFA for all team members from the team settings page.
