Program
The S4E Partner Program is designed for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), system integrators, and cybersecurity consultancies that want to deliver Continuous AI-Based Security Operations services under their own brand.
Program Benefits
All partners receive the following core benefits upon enrollment:
- Multi-tenant Partner Portal with centralized customer management.
- White-label reporting with customizable logos, colors, and cover pages.
- Wholesale pricing with margin protection.
- Co-marketing opportunities including joint webinars, case studies, and directory listings.
- Dedicated partner success manager for onboarding and ongoing support.
- Access to the S4E Partner API for automation and integration with your existing tooling.
Requirements
To join the S4E Partner Program, your organization must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Legal entity -- a registered business entity in good standing.
- Security focus -- demonstrable experience delivering cybersecurity or IT services.
- Dedicated personnel -- at least one named individual to serve as the Partner Admin.
- Training completion -- the Partner Admin must complete the S4E Partner Certification course within 30 days of acceptance.
- NDA and partner agreement -- signed mutual NDA and S4E Partner Agreement.
Compliance obligation
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their use of the S4E platform complies with all applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA, etc.) in the jurisdictions where they and their customers operate.
SLA Commitments
S4E provides the following platform-level SLAs to all partners:

Partners who resell managed services to their customers are expected to define their own downstream SLAs. S4E provides SLA tracking tools within the Partner Portal to assist with this (see SLA Tracking).
How to Apply
- Visit the S4E Partner Portal or contact your S4E account manager.
- Submit the partner application form with your company details and projected customer pipeline.
- The S4E partner team reviews applications within 5 business days.
- Upon approval, you receive Partner Portal credentials and access to onboarding materials.
