Customer reports
The Scan Reports page in the Partner Portal provides a unified view of vulnerability scan results across all your customer tenants.
Accessing Scan Reports
There are two ways to access scan reports:
- From the sidebar - Click Scan Reports in the left sidebar to view reports across all customers.
- From the Customer List - Click the document icon in the "See Reports" column next to a specific customer to view only that customer's reports.
Filtering Reports
The Scan Reports page provides multiple filter options to narrow results:

| Search | Free-text search across report data. |
| Search ports | Filter by specific port numbers. |
| Customer | Dropdown to filter by a specific customer. |
| Severity | Filter by finding severity level. |
| Status | Filter by report status. |
| Date | Filter by date range. |
| More + | Additional filter options. |
Use the Clear button (red) to reset all active filters.
Report Data
When scan data is available, the reports page displays vulnerability findings with details including affected assets, severity levels, and status.
When no data is available for the selected filters, the page displays a "You do not have any data" message with an empty-state illustration.
Using Reports
Scan reports allow partners to:
- Monitor the security posture of all customer tenants from a single view.
- Filter by customer to generate customer-specific reports.
- Filter by severity to prioritize critical and high-severity findings.
- Track finding status (open, resolved, false positive) over time.
